Scholia - Submission Help

Scholia: Submission Interface Help.

To submit material to Scholia one must have signed up for free as a registered user.

To use the Submission Interface one only has to:

1.) Select a submission form from the right hand menu:
- e.g., Article in Journal, Article in Proceedings, Article in Collection, Chapter or Pages in a Book, Conference Proceedings, Book, Booklet, PhD Thesis, Master's Thesis, Technical Report, Technical Manual, Unpublished, or Miscellaneous
 
2.) Enter details of your research or publication in the submission form:
- e.g., the following material is required (*) for `Article in Journal': Author(s), Title, Journal, Year, Subject(s), Language(s), and Abstract; the remaining material is optional
- Non-Roman Scripts should be transliterated -- then entered with utf-8 characters -- according to the Library of Congress and American Library Association Transliteration Schemes. Excerpts from the ALA-LC Romanization Tables provide details:

3.) Agree to the Scholia Distribution License:
- please review the Scholia Distribution License
- if you do not agree to the Distribution License you may not submit material to Indica et Buddhica - Scholia

4.) Submit the data in the submission form:
- your submitted data will be reviewed, edited, and then loaded into the bibliographical archive
- a message will be sent to you when it is available to others through the Scholia Search Interface

Nota bene: To deposit a large collection of bibliographical material one can:

Upload the data via e-mail attachment:
- supported bibliographical formats: BibTeX, EndNote (Refer export), RIS, MARCXML, & MODS
- supported compressed archive suffixes: .zip, .bz2, .tar.bz2, .gz, .tgz, .tar.gz, & .rar
- please send all materials and queries to the System Administrator
Registration provides free-of-charge access to all materials within Repositorium, Catalogus, and Philologica. Registered users can also submit material on their publications through Scholia.
