Abstract:  Encoding and markup conversion scripts for UNIX and UNIX-like systems. The scripts only call `cat' and `sed', programs available in the base distribution of most such operating systems.
Description:  Encoding and markup conversion scripts for UNIX and UNIX-like systems. These scripts will convert from the UTF8 encoding to the CSX+ encoding, to Harvard-Kyoto or Velthuis transliteration or to TeX / LaTeX markup and back.
