Indica et Buddhica COPYRIGHT POLICY
The Indica et Buddhica website (the "Website") includes without
limitation : (a) Indica et Buddhica : Portal, Tabulae : Tables of
Contents for Indology and Buddhology, Scholia : Indological and
Buddhological Scholarship, Catalogus Bibliothecarum : A Catalogue of
Collections, Lexica : Sanskrit, Tibetan and English, Philologica :
Machine Readable Texts, Repositorium : A Storage Place for Materials,
and other on-line services accessible via the Website (collectively
the "Service") ; (b) information available through the Service ; and
(c) content available through the Service.
Indica et Buddhica and its affiliates (collectively the "Service
Provider") is committed to respecting others' intellectual property
rights, and we ask that users of the Website do the same. The Service
Provider may, in its sole discretion and in appropriate circumstances,
terminate the accounts or access rights of users who violate others'
intellectual property rights.
The Service Provider wants to hear from any copyright owners who are
not properly identified on the Website so that we may make the
necessary corrections.
All notices of alleged copyright infringement appearing on the Website
should be directed to :

2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been
infringed ;
3. A description of the material that you claim is infringing ;
4. A description of the location on the Service of the material
that you claim is infringing ;
5. Your address, telephone number and email address so that we can
contact you ;
6. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the
disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or
the law ; and
7. A statement by you that the information in your notice to the
Service Provider is accurate and that you are the copyright owner
or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
