INDICA ET BUDDHICA - COPYRIGHT POLICY

Indica et Buddhica (the ``Service Provider'') is committed to
respecting others' intellectual property rights, and we ask that users
of indica-et-buddhica.org (http://indica-et-buddhica.org/) (the
``Service'') do the same. The Service Provider may, in its sole
discretion and in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts or
access rights of users who violate others' intellectual property
rights.

Indica et Buddhica wants to hear from any copyright owners who are not
properly identified on the Service so that we may make the necessary
corrections.

All notices of alleged copyright infringement appearing on the Service

If you believe that your work has been copied or used in a way that
constitutes copyright infringement on the Service, it would assist if
you could deliver the following information to the above address:

   1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to
      act on behalf of the copyright owner;

   2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been
      infringed;

   3. A description of the material that you claim is infringing;

   4. A description of the location on the Service of the material
      that you claim is infringing;

   5. Your address, telephone number and email address so that we can
      contact you;

   6. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the
      disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent
      or the law; and

   7. A statement by you that the information in your notice to the
      Service Provider is accurate and that you are the copyright
      owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
